Terms of Membership
All memberships start of on the 1st of June Annually and terminate on the
31st of May. No fees are refundable once the season has commenced.
1. Transferral of this membership or document is not permitted
2. Agree to have contact details to be held on computer solely for the Societies
use.
3. All rules of the Society are to be adhered to.
4. All angling activity is undertaken at your own risk

General Rules
Membership fees are due to the Society by the 31st of May of each year. Any mem-
ber not having paid by this date will be deemed to have left the Society, thus a join-
ing fee will be due.
Parents or guardians wishing to accompany juniors to the Society’s waters can ap-
ply via the online system for a non-fishing authorisation card.
Membership I.D. card to be carried at all times which must be produced upon re-
quest by a Society bailiff or recognised bailiff in the employ of a riparian owner or
other Society members. Any member failing to produce a valid document must va-
cate the water immediately and may be subject to a fine.
Members to observe and comply with the following:
a. That no game or farm animals are to be disturbed.
b. All gates are shut.
c. That no damage is done to crops or fences.
d. Members must walk on the edge of the bank and not across crops or grass.
e. No cans or tins of any kind to be taken to any venue. Any member
found to have left litter will be expelled from the Society.
f. Any person entering a swim to fish must clear all litter in the immediate area
before commencing to fish. Any person fishing a swim containing litter shall
be held responsible for it. Any member found leaving litter on any part of the
Society’s waters might be liable to forfeit their membership pending a hear-
ing by the committee.
g. No dogs or firearms are allowed on the Society’s waters. Unless on official
Society pest control operations.
h. All vehicles to be parked in authorised places only.
i. All musical instruments and portable radios are prohibited.
j. Fish retained in keepnets must comply with the keepnet code.
k. All coarse fish to be returned to the Society’s waters.
l. No terminal tackle to be left unattended in the water.
m. Maximum of two rods can be used at one time.
n. One rod only for live baiting.
o. Live bait transferral banned. No fish over 4” to be used for live bait.
p. Bloodworm and joker banned on all waters.
q. The use of Vitalin is banned on all waters.
r. Under 12’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult on all waters at all
times due to insurance restrictions.
s. The use and consumption of controlled drugs are banned on all waters.
t. The moderate consumption of alcohol is permitted but anyone found to be
causing a disturbance through excessive consumption will be removed from
the water
u. Any member deemed to be exhibiting aggressive, threatening or anti social
behaviour may be expelled from the society pending a hearing of the com-
mittee.
v. The committee retain the right to refuse a membership application with out
giving a reason
